The Earth Law Alliance Aotearoa NZ , The German Australian Pacific Lawyers Association and The Resource Management Law Association of New Zealand is hosting the Earth Law Conference on Sustainability from 14-16 February 2014.

The Sustainability conference will open with a keynote speech from Klaus Bosselmann on Friday at 5:30. Saturday will be devoted to keynote speeches and plenary panels on environmental bills of rights, on legal incorporation of indigenous perspectives on the environment, and on the effects of climate change.
On Sunday Feb 16 there will be a range of panels on topics yet to be determined. This Call for Papers is for anyone who wants to present a paper and/or organise a panel on the Sunday, on a topic in keeping with the conference themes of sustainability, earth jurisprudence, and/or new approaches to environmental law.
Please send your panel or paper proposal (eg, abstract of 100-200 words) to the Earth Law Convenor, catherine.iorns@vuw.ac.nz, by October 31, 2013.
Results and a draft programme will be notified as soon as possible after that.
