What payment options are available?
AELA accepts membership payment via credit card through our secure, third-party payment system, Stripe. No payment information is stored on the AELA website, and all financial information is handled by Stripe. See our Privacy page for more information on how we keep your information secure.
How do I renew my membership?
Your membership is part of a subscription and will automatically renew after 12 months. If your membership expires for any reason, you can log into your online member account and select "Renew my membership" on your Account page.

How do I change my billing details?
To update your payment information, please log into your AELA members account, then click on the "Update my Billing Info" to update your card information.
How do I cancel my AELA membership?
To cancel your membership, please log into your AELA members account, then click on "Cancel My Membership" to access the cancellation link.
NOTE: Cancelling your membership will only cancel future membership payments.
Your membership will remain valid for the remainder of your paid membership term and you will continue to have access to member benefits on this site until the term of your membership expires.
